The Moscow Meshchansky Court has restricted access to the website and application of the service for ordering premium cars with Wheely drivers in the App Store due to violations of anti-terrorism requirements. This was reported on August 30 by TASS with reference to the court decision.

It is noted that dispatching services for ordering passenger taxis and carriers must transmit data about drivers of passenger taxis online every day to a single regional navigation system.

"These requirements are aimed at ensuring anti—terrorist security, as well as the safety of life and health of passengers, since a person who has received permission to transport passengers and luggage by a passenger taxi must comply with certain safety standards," the document says.
