Criminal cases have been opened in Bryansk and Kursk regions regarding bombings at the railway station.

Criminal cases on the facts of incidents with bridges in the Bryansk and Kursk regions have been transferred to the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. This was reported to TASS by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Svetlana Petrenko.

"On behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, criminal cases on the facts of incidents in the Bryansk and Kursk regions have been transferred to the Main Investigative Department of the department. The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the investigators of the Main Investigative Department of the department to investigate criminal cases on these incidents," she said.

Tragedy in the Bryansk region: a road bridge collapsed on a passenger train

As a result of the incident, seven people died and dozens were injured.

The collapse of the bridge with cars on it onto the Klimov– Moscow passenger train happened on the evening of May 31. Later, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the collapse occurred as a result of an explosion. According to the latest data, the death toll is seven people. More than 70 people were injured.
