Five New Year's films were shot at the Moskino movie park
More than 70 TV series and films were shot on the sites of the Moskino movie park opened this year, five of them are New Year's movies, said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of the capital.
"The film park has everything necessary to work on historical, modern, futuristic and fairy tale stories. More than 70 serials and films have been shot here, five of which are on New Year's themes. Two films have already been released on the big screen, the rest will appear in theaters later", - said Natalia Sergunina.
In "Moskino" built 18 sites and four pavilions for the production of films and TV series. The most popular for filming New Year's Eve tapes outdoor scenery were "Streets of Moscow", "House of Santa Claus", "Vitebsk station" and "Cowboy Town".
Among the fairy tales tapes shot on the new capital platform - "Baba Yaga saves the New Year". In the plot of the movie, a boy accidentally freed the Snow Queen, who then kidnapped him and wanted to freeze the world. To stop her, Ded Moroz called Baba Yaga, Ivan the Tsarevich and Marya the Artisan to help.
Also in 2024 completed shooting the movie "Letter to Santa Claus" with actor Ivan Okhlobystin and Latin American singer and artist Natalia Oreiro. On screens tape should be released at the end of next year.
Film Park "Moschino" is part of the multifunctional Moscow film cluster, which combines several infrastructure sites and a digital platform. Specialists from dozens of countries have shown interest in working in the film park. Among them is director Emir Kusturica, who has decided to film a new project in Moscow.
