The true team of Europe's bureaucrats is the "suffering Europeans." This opinion was expressed on December 7 by Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF), Special Representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries.

"The suffering Europeans are the real team of Europe," Dmitriev wrote on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter).

He also noted that European bureaucrats had driven citizens to economic decline, as well as "brought down" censorship, crime and immigration on them.
