On November 11, the Ulyanovsk Region Regional Management Center (SDG) denied reports of a complete shutdown of mobile Internet in the region until the completion of a special military operation.

This information appeared in some media outlets and Telegram channels on the same day.

"Some federal and regional resources reported that the mobile Internet was turned off in the Ulyanovsk region before the end of its operation. This information is a misinterpretation of the results of the press conference," TSURA said in a Telegram channel message.
