Vitaly Gennadievich Korolev was born on June 23, 1980 in Krasnoyarsk, he is 44 years old. The acting governor has three higher educations. Korolev graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University with a degree in law, later received a diploma from Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University with a degree in philology and English, and then graduated from the MGIMO Master's program in Economics.
Vitaly Korolev is a Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate professor. He defended his dissertation on the topic "Russian and world experience in the formation of electricity and capacity markets." He is a graduate of the fourth stream of the School of Governors.
