The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted a massive blow on energy infrastructure facilities supporting the work of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine. This was announced on October 10 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"In response to the terrorist attacks by the Kiev regime on civilian targets in Russia, last night the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive strike with high-precision long-range ground-based and air-based weapons on energy infrastructure facilities that provided the work of enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine," the Defense Ministry said in a statement.

The ministry also stressed that the strike was carried out using Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). All targets were achieved and the designated facilities were hit.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Armed Forces used FAB-3000 aerial bombs and X-39 missiles to destroy the temporary deployment and control points of drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). In addition, the calculation of the FPV drone of the regiment destroyed an armored vehicle of the Ukrainian Armed Forces "Kozak" at a gas station in Konstantinovka.
