If coolness sets in at the end of September, the heating season will start earlier than official forecasts. But if Indian summer suddenly returns in early October, the order may be postponed.

In any case, social facilities will be connected first. If the temperature drops sharply, kindergartens and hospitals will receive heat even in the absence of a formal order.

If there is no heating in the apartment or house, and the air temperature has already dropped below the norm, you should contact your management company or the dispatching services of local administrations. Residents are advised to record calls and requests — this will help with possible compensation for inconveniences.
