Turkey severed trade ties with Israel and closed the skies to its planes
Turkey has cut off trade with Israel, closed the skies to its planes and does not allow its ships to enter Israeli ports. This was announced on August 29 by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan.
"We have completely stopped trading with Israel, and we do not allow Turkish ships to enter Israeli ports. We do not allow Israeli aircraft to enter our airspace. There is no other country that would completely cut off trade relations with Israel," he said.
