Over 350 thousand tons of potatoes and vegetables were stored in storage facilities in the Moscow region

More than 350 thousand tons of potatoes and vegetables were put into winter storage in the Moscow region. This is reported by the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya with reference to the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

In 2025, the harvest of outdoor vegetables was harvested from an area of 6 thousand hectares. The potato crop was harvested from 12 thousand hectares.

215.5 thousand tons of potatoes and almost 133 thousand tons of vegetables were placed in storage. The total storage capacity of the region is over 724 thousand tons.

At the end of November, the harvesting campaign in the fields was completed in the Trans-Baikal Territory. Farmers have threshed 126 thousand tons of grain. This is 30 thousand tons more than last year.
