In the Krasnodar Territory, on the 8th km of the federal highway A-148, a 62-year-old female driver, driving a passenger car, collided with an electric scooter driven by a 9-year-old boy moving in the same direction. The State Traffic Inspectorate called on parents to strictly monitor and stop attempts by children and teenagers to get behind the wheel on their own, as well as to exclude access to keys for cars, mopeds and motorcycles, prohibiting driving without a license and driving skills.
"Remember that the lack of control over the behavior and leisure of children during the autumn holidays, especially in the evening, often leads to injuries or deaths of young road users.
