Journalist and blogger Ksenia Sobchak drew attention to the unusual appearance of the head of the Central Bank (CB) Elvira Nabiullina during her speech in the State Duma.

She noted that the head of the Central Bank was at the plenary session in a purple coat.

"Elvira Nabiullina is speaking in the State Duma in a coat — apparently it's cold," Sobchak wrote on her Telegram channel.

The newspaper El Pais reported in October that Sobchak had applied for a residence permit in Spain for herself and her son. It was clarified that it is in the process of consideration. According to the publication, Sobchak has already received a five-year visa issued by France, which allows her to move freely through the Schengen area.
