Gladkov told about his wife's unwillingness to leave Belgorod
On October 12, Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region, shared in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda that he had tried to send his family to a safer place, but his wife refused to leave the region, despite constant shelling.
"Of course, I tried to send my wife away from here <...> I did not persuade my wife, she is with me all the time. When the missile danger starts, I always call: "Where are you?" "I'm sitting in the hallway." Well, thank God," the governor said.

On October 11, Gladkov reported that in the village of Golovkino, Belgorod region, a civilian was injured when debris from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) fell The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU).
