The Russian authorities will help 800 Russians who were deported from Latvia due to ignorance of the state language. This was announced on October 11 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"The Russian Interior Ministry is focused on providing maximum assistance to this category of citizens. Since 2006, Russia has been operating a state program to facilitate the voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad to the Russian Federation," the Telegram channel says.
