People's Artist of the RSFSR Lidiya Fedoseeva-Shukshina, who was hospitalized in a medical facility, is undergoing a scheduled medical examination, which will take several days. This was announced on October 10 by her daughter Olga Shukshina.

According to the woman, the examination of the 87-year-old actress should take from three to five days, after which she will return home. All measures are being taken to stabilize her health.

"The hospitalization is planned. We were regularly examined at the clinic and advised to examine everything more deeply, more thoroughly, with more serious equipment," she said in an interview with RIA Novosti.

The actress' daughter added that she is with her mother all the time, closely monitors her condition and keeps this issue under control.

Earlier that day, Yulia Verbitskaya, a lawyer for the People's Artist of the RSFSR, told Izvestia that Fedoseeva-Shukshina had been hospitalized in a Moscow clinic. She added that her youngest daughter Olga was with her. Doctors are carrying out procedures to stabilize the situation.
