Alexey Nechaev, the Minister of Road Management of the Chelyabinsk Region, who was detained in connection with embezzlement and a number of other crimes and arrested, and later was under house arrest, pleaded guilty. This was reported on October 8 by law enforcement agencies.

"He admitted his guilt," TASS reports the text of the statement.
