The current U.S. President Joe Biden was confused and lost the thread of events during a press conference with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This was reported by Fox News channel on September 22.

"The incident occurred when Biden was supposed to introduce Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Wilmington, Delaware. Instead, he became confused and apparently thought he was waiting for a question from reporters," the channel noted.

The footage shows Biden thanking the people at the event and asking who he should introduce next. The president then asked the question a second time, visibly raising his voice.

After a brief pause, the host intervened to introduce Modi, who walked up to the US leader and shook his hand.

The 81-year-old President of the United States, who is the oldest leader in the history of the country, often makes various reservations and bloopers in his speeches.

Earlier, on September 6, Biden made a reservation, saying that he visited North Korea, although he visited South Korea. Before that, on July 12, Biden once again misspoke at the NATO summit in Washington and called his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, whose term of office expired on May 20, by the name of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.

In July, the US president forgot the name of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and called him a "black man." This happened during an interview with the BET TV channel.
