Analysts named Russian regions with the cheapest countryside real estate
Among the largest Russian regions, the cheapest countryside housing can be found in the Volgograd region, and the most expensive - in St. Petersburg. This was reported by the analysts of Domklik, who studied the advertisements for the sale of countryside real estate at the beginning of September.
In the Volgograd region, where such housing turned out to be the most affordable, the median cost per square meter was 44.1 thousand rubles. Also in the top-5 were Perm Krai (Br50.7 thousand), Omsk region (Br51.5 thousand), Krasnoyarsk Krai (Br53.3 thousand) and Chelyabinsk region (Br53.9 thousand).
The highest prices for country houses, according to "Domklik", are recorded in St. Petersburg - 132.3 thousand rubles per "square meter". In Moscow 1 square meter costs on average 126.4 thousand rubles, and in Krasnodar region - 81.8 thousand rubles.
As part of the study, analysts considered advertisements for the sale of country houses in the regions, which include a city with a population of one million people.
