- More than 1 thousand scientific reports will be presented at the Microelectronics Forum
The 10th Microelectronics Forum will be the most representative in history in terms of the number of scientific presentations. Gennady Krasnikov, President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), told Izvestia. He specified that the event will be held from September 23 to 28 on the federal territory "Sirius".
"The format of the forum is an amalgamation of many topics. Within its framework will be held events with the participation of representatives of the authorities, science and business. They will consider measures to organize the advanced pace of development of the Russian microelectronics industry. There will also be numerous thematic plenary sessions and round tables," Krasnikov said.
According to the scientist, 13 scientific sections will work at the forum. Each of them is comparable in its level to a large scientific-practical conference. In total, more than 1 thousand reports will be heard. In parallel, more than 140 domestic high-tech companies will present their achievements within the framework of the exhibition program.
In general, more than 3 thousand participants of the forum are expected. It will also include the School of Young Scientists and several pre-conferences.
