The Prosecutor's Office of Tatarstan has organized an inspection after a 13-year-old teenager died after failing to manage his ATV. This was reported by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic on Saturday, September 21.

According to the agency it is known that an employee of the State Automobile Inspectorate, having noticed at the gas station a 13-year-old boy on a vehicle without license plates, drove up to him. The teenager ignored the requirements to stop and tried to escape. Having passed on the forbidden traffic signal at the intersection, he failed to cope with the control, flew into the ditch and overturned.

It is specified that the teenager received bodily injuries incompatible with life.

"A check is organized. The supervisory agency will find out the causes and circumstances of the tragedy, as well as give a legal assessment of the actions of employees of the state traffic police", - stated in the message of the Prosecutor's office of the region in Telegram-channel.

Earlier, on September 19, the court in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District passed a sentence on a 16-year-old driver of a snowmobile, whose fault in the accident killed his friend. When leaving the road from the adjacent territory, he crashed into a Ural truck. His 16-year-old passenger died of his injuries on the spot, the driver himself was not injured.
