Russian Deputy Defense Minister Pavel Fradkov said on 21 September that Moscow and Minsk remain loyal allies and partners.

"We clearly understand the tasks set before us and the ways to solve them within the framework of the Union State," he said during a trip to Belarus.

According to the Defense Ministry's Telegram channel, Fradkov also held a meeting with the republic's Deputy Defense Minister Major General Andrei Burdyko. He noted that the states remain "faithful allies and reliable partners."

During the meeting, the parties discussed the construction of various military and civilian infrastructure facilities. In addition, they touched upon the development and application of new construction technologies and design solutions.

June 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Belarus have complicated issues, but the interests of the two peoples are at the heart of their solutions. According to the head of state, economic cooperation between Moscow and Minsk is very diversified.
